Use of the Service

Rinalance provides tools for tracking accounts, assets, transactions, subscriptions, budgets, debts, repayments, and related personal finance information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.

No Financial Advice

Rinalance is not a bank, accountant, investment adviser, tax adviser, or financial adviser. The app provides organization and visualization tools only. You should not rely on it as professional advice.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Free and paid plan limits are shown in the app and on pricing pages. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You can manage, cancel, or update your subscription through the Stripe billing portal in Settings. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically delete your account or app data.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, limits, or access controls.
• Do not interfere with service availability or other users.
• Do not upload data you do not have the right to process.

Account Deletion and Privacy

You can export and delete your account data from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Privacy details are described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update the service and these terms as the product changes. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, or uses the service in a way that harms the product or others.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as available and may contain errors, interruptions, or outdated information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rinade d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for financial decisions made using the service.
