No bank connection
Rinalance has no bank connection and does not ask for bank credentials. It cannot move money. You choose which balances and records to enter.

Rinalance is manual-first. It has no bank connection and stores the financial data you choose to enter.
Sign-in and payments
Clerk handles sign-in and sessions, so Rinalance does not store your password.
Premium is paid through Stripe Checkout. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach Rinalance.
Who can read your records
Your financial data lives in the Rinalance database on Convex. Every request from the app runs under your signed-in identity, and the backend only returns data stored under your user.
The site runs on HTTPS only, and browsers are told never to connect over plain HTTP.
Analytics
Public pages use cookie-free Vercel Analytics, with query strings and fragments removed from each page view, and Vercel Speed Insights for load-time measurements. The signed-in app sends neither.
Export and deletion
Both plans can export everything from Settings: a complete versioned JSON file plus CSV files for spreadsheets.
Deleting your account from Settings cancels Premium, then removes your Rinalance data and your sign-in identity. Billing records may be kept where the law requires it.

These providers may process data outside your country. The privacy policy explains the safeguards and your rights.
